Thank you for reaching out on our Forums today. It is disappointing to hear that your Toshiba Fire Tv is malfunctioning. If I had colored lines going in every direction on my screen, I would want to look into it immediately. It does sound as if the LCD panel has gone bad. When did you purchase the tv? Do you have a protection plan on this television. If so, we can schedule an appointment for service. I would like to see if we can be of assistance.
