We just picked up this unit today to replace a 14 year old Samsung LCD TV. We are happy with the ease of controlling the Fire TV apps and other apps we have come to love on our Fire Sticks. However, the picture across our cable service, Prime Video, Netflix and Hulu is quite disappointing. There are way too many areas of green and blue tinted areas on the picture and when a face on screen is strongly lighted, it reflects a almost white blob. Found a couple of articles on calibrating the picture quality, but it did not fix the issues that we are having. Any ideas from the experts here on how to get the image quality to an acceptable setting?

Hello, BryanHumphries,
Ensuring your TV is displaying the optimal image is vital to a great viewing experience. If there's issues with the display then you can't enjoy your shows to their maximum. That being said, do you recall when you purchased this TV and if you opted into the Geek Squad protection plan?
Thanks,
