Congratulations on your new 65" Amazon Fire TV! Getting a new TV is an exciting time, but I can understand how the experience would be a bit dampened if you keep running into trouble when trying to stream.
That would concern me as well, as I'm glad you reached to us for help. If you haven't already, I recommend checking our Home Theater Troubleshooting Guide, as it goes over a lot of helpful tips that can fix common TV issues.
