Hi ,

I just received my new Toshiba 50" FireTV.  I have hooked up a digital antenna and scanned for digital channels.  A message appears stating that 20 channels were found and that I can access them from the Home menu.  However, the channel guide states that there are no channels scanned.  Also, I try to change the input to antenna, but Alexa states that that is not a value input.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Hi Timstclair,

I did finally get things working correctly.  Unfortunately, I don't know what I did.  The good news is that nothing was wrong with my TV.  I did a lot of experiementing, then all of a sudden, my channel guide worked.

Maybe someone will have a better explaination.

Dave. Thanks for the note. I gave it another try tonight and it suddenly worked as well. Not sure the issue but makes me think there was a software update or something. Either way it works so I'm happy! Thanks!
