Hey, has anyone run into this issue? My Toshiba has been perfect for 18 months... now, every so often, the picture will go black and the sound cuts out... for two seconds... then comes back... then cuts out again a few minutes later, again and again.

Sometimes, the TV is fine for several hours... sometimes, it will do it every 4 or 5 minutes, for an hour or two, then it will be fine.

No other issues, haven't moved it recently, no extra dust or heat in the house. Weird.

That’s quite an odd issue! Thank you so much for sharing what’s been happening with your 43” Toshiba Tv. I understand how much of an issue that could be to see these intermittent issues.

We’d recommend power cycling the TV and setting back to the factory settings. It could be a software related issue; however, given there’s no apparent series of prompts that sparks it could be hardware related one.
