Toshiba - 43” Fire TV Edition- Hangs when changing inputs from Internet Apps to Antenna

Brand new TV, randomly hangs with black screen when switching input from online apps to antenna, no matter what channel was on. The black screen shows channel and whats on and there are icons of other shows below but no picture. Its does this randomly, only way to fix is to restart the tv via the menu, a few times it was totally locked up and I had to unplug the TV.  Toshiba tech support was no help. I will be sending it in for a new replacement. Anyone have this issue.

43LF621U19 . TV has been sent back for a refund. I'll try another one and if bad, I'll send that back to.

I decided to go with another model sold and shipped by amazon. The issues i had with best buy customer service and getting a prepaid return label and a new item shipped were too much, nothing like Amazon cusomer support. Best buy needs to follow their model.
