Hi Everybody,

Everytime I try to scan my cable channels it picks up 4 channels and gets to 2percent scan and the TV restarts. I have my cable line going to the TV directly with no cable box just like my other TVs Idelect the correct input and select how I want it to scan. First I chose digital only and I got nothing and then I chose cable and like I said it picked up 4 channels and the TV reset and goes back to the home screen.

Does your CC still offer unencrypted channels without the need for a box? I thought most cable companies were requiring a box or streaming device now to pickup content, even local channels.
