Hi, i just bought a toshiba 55lf621c19 yesterday. I was watching some random videos on my cbox when the screen doesn’t display anymore. Tried unplugging the power and plugging it in again with no change. When power on with remote, hitting any button except for alexa turns it back off. Hitting the side power button doesnt turn it on but holding it does turnit on, thescreen flashes and stays black.

Currently on a random channel watching trailers, there is sound but no video is displayed

And then it turns off without hitting any buttons
