you can schedule an appointment with geek squad but it may cost more to repair than a new one

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! As someone who has had a TV receive damage unexpectedly, I know that situation is far from ideal. That's not the experience we wanted for you, but I'm glad you took the time to reach out to us about your options at this point.
In an effort to keep our customers and employees safe with everything going on with the COVID-19 right now, we currently aren't doing in-store or in-home repairs. That said, we're doing what we can to help over the phone, which you can learn more about on our site here.
That said, Geek Squad doesn't repair physical damage on TV's, as replacing the screen is usually as expensive as replacing the TV.
