I work for a rehab facility where we have had several insignia tvs malfunction. We have sound but no piccture. When shinning a flashlight on the screen I see immages. I have a 32" and was told to replace the power supply. I briefly got a picture but it went out again. We cannot afford to have someone repair the tvs that is why I am attempting it. What do I do to repair thest tvs.

Thank you for reaching out for technical help with Insignia TV's at your place of work that seem to be having a few issues. 

To be honest with you we'd never recommend a customer to attempt a repair on their own. Attempting your own repairs would void any help the manufacturer may be able to offer you. Have you tried to reach out to Insignia regarding these issues? 

Often times they'd be able to walk you through troubleshooting steps other than replacing the power supply, or offer further help under the warranty like
