I bought Sony XBR5 from best buy and I was told that I have no choice but to pay for installation so I agreed. I gave them my pone number and I was told that I will be called to schedule an appointment for installation. After three months no one called so I went back and asked, they took my information and told me the same thing (that someone will call me to schedule an appointment). Now it's like four months and no one called. So my question is, if best buy tech. are not willing to install this TV can I get my installation Fee back, of course I know the answer and in this case can you send someone who will install this TV!!!????
