Spring time is a great time to get everything cleaned, and organize those messes we’ve all been putting off. One of those messes could include that mess of cords behind your TV!
Good thing we have all the supplies you’d need to fix that mess on BestBuy.com.
If your TV is mounted, I’d recommend this Wiremold option if don’t want to go through your wall. I personally love this one since it’s paintable, and landlord approved if you’re renting. Sometimes you will have extra cord even if you are using the Wiremold option. I’d recommend using these reusable straps to keep the extra tidy.
Tip: The extra needs to be bound in a circle that has a 6 inch diameter minimum to not interfere or short out your signals, an easy way to ensure that is the correct size is to use your hand to measure. (Top of middle finger to the bottom of your palm on average is 6 inches or more.)
In-wall concealment can get a little more spendy, but it’s worth it if you don’t plan on moving your TV. We have options that are powered, and ones that aren’t like this Insignia Cord Pass-Through. If you are looking for a powered option Wiremold has choices for that too, which you can find here.
Please make sure that all the cords you will be putting inside of your wall during this DIY project are rated for in-wall use.
Once you’ve got those cords cleaned up, here’s a spray to clean your TV screen with!

Another inexpensive option is 20mm -3/4 " or 1" wire loom (usually black)
you can put 3 -4 HDMI cables ,a USB HDD cable and the TV power cord (usually an extension cord for adequate lenth ) in them aslong as long as you are not using something stupid like thick for nothing overpriced HDMI bling cables.
If you have an articulating mount like the OP mentioned leave enough overall lenth for moving the set. It looks neat no dangling loose cables and you can do it for under $10.00 just use matching color vinyl eletcrical tape and or cable ties at intravals and each end to keep everyhhing tidy .
I have my Sony XBR55 X850C I bought here at BB set up like that on a full motion wall mount next to my PC desk in here above the bookcase next to the desk you can point it at the desk or strauight back at night and aslo use the TV as an extended desktop PC sceeen all you can see wireing wise is a short lenth of wire loom between the TV and bookcase .
