Thanks for clarifying that’s the one you had your eye on! It should work just fine in partnership with your TV. You’d most likely connect it using HDMI. Also, the reviews on BestBuy.com are very positive on this unit too. I double checked the reviews on it there’s nothing outstanding in the feedback that would apply to your set-up. It should also be a great soundbar and should partner with a newer TV too when your Fujitsu “bites the dust”.

Yamaha makes outstanding home theater audio components. 

In this price range you cannot go wrong with the model you selected.  The wireless sub is a great bonus.  It will really fill your space with sound.
