Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! It's important to us that you are enjoying your Sony Bravia TV, and we know that having both sound and video is a big part of that. As someone who loves to end my day by curling up on the couch to watch a show, I can understand how frustrating it would be to not be able to figure out why your TV hasn't been playing video lately.
