Smart TV for disabled

Hi, I'm looking for a Smart TV for a disabled person. He can't quite move to of his fingers and typing on a remote is very hard for him. He doesn't know English so he can't speak to a tv. Our best idea is to find a remote so simple that working on it wouldnt take a lot of time and moving his fingers.

 

Hope you understand, English isn't my first language so please understand any of my mistakes.

What language does he speak? I seen an article that Amazon devices enabled Spanish language support for their devices. I don't know about other languages. Some more information would be appreciated.
