Good Morning, DirtyGirty,
Welcome to our community! Also, welcome to the world without a cable subscription. I promise you’ll find it much cheaper and more convenient. We sincerely appreciate you reaching out with your issues on using the Sling App on your Sharp Roku TV. I’d be happy to see what options we’d have to offer you for troubleshooting.
Have you tried to factory reset your TV? Or power cycle your TV? I can see that your shared you might have restarted it. Also, what’s the model number of your TV? I’d be happy to see there are any other troubleshooting options available.

Good Afternoon, DirtyGirty,
Thank you for sharing your model number with me! I sincerely appreciate it. I’d recommend doing a factory reset.
You should be able to perform on by selecting Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset then choosing Factory reset everything. Resetting your TV back to factory settings should clear any software issues that are preventing you from using Sling on your TV. Please note if the root of the issue is a compatibility issue between Sling and Roku that would be something that this reset would not be able to remedy.
