Getting that set-up to work with your TV should be an exciting time, so I'm sad to hear that instead it is a confusing one. That's not the experience we wanted for you, but we're glad you took the time to connect with us for support.
Jdogg836 is correct that there is a chance that the best option could be to have a Geek Squad Agent come out to your home to get it set-up for you, but we aren't doing in-home services at the moment. However, if it comes to you needing that, you can keep an eye on when those services are up and running again on our site here.
Before it comes to that, I'd like to review this further to see if I can try to talk you through getting your internet set-up with your new TV. For me to get started, can you provide me with the model of the Sharp Roku TV you purchased?
