My idea of a perfect night is curling up on the couch and enjoying a good show, so I can imagine how disappointed you must be that your TV isn't powering on like normal! That doesn't sound ideal, but you brought your concerns to the right place.
Have you had a chance to check out our Home Theater Troubleshooting Guide? We have a lot of great steps that can help fix basic TV troubles, so I recommend giving them a shot if you haven't already.
If those tips don't do the trick, I'd be happy to look into our next options. Do you know if you have Geek Squad Protection, or if the TV is still under the manufacture warranty?
