Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! Getting a new TV is meant to be an exciting time, but I can understand how that wouldn't feel like the case if it keeps just being audio when you want to put on your favorite show. I would want that corrected as well, so I'm glad you took the time to share this with us.
You mentioned that you have tried unplugging your TV, but have you tried any of the other steps in our Home Theater Troubleshooting Guide? There's some great tips in there that could help!
Also, did you have this error message from the beginning or did it start out of the blue?
