Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! We know how important your TV is to you, so it saddens me to hear that your Samsung TV fell. That is not the experience we wanted for you, but I'm glad you reached out to our forum to learn more about your warranty.
While I wish I was reaching out with happier news, bobberuchi is correct that while our Geek Squad Protection Plan covers many things, physical damage isn't one of them.
You can try reaching out to Samsung at their support line here, 1 (800) 726-7864, but usually manufacture warranties don't cover physical damage either.
