I can totally understand wanting to explore what those dots may be, and how to get that taken care of. As we would be unable to view those images on this platform, I ask that if you have a Geek Squad Protection plan on that TV or you are a Total Tech Support member, please call 1-800-433-5778 to schedule an appointment. The Geek Squad would be best equipped to look into the damage and explore what may be available for support.
If you did not have a Geek Squad Protection plan or if you are not a Total Tech Support member, I would suggest working with the manufacturer of the TV directly to explore what may be available under the manufacturer's warranty.
