I know you said you've tried everything, but just checking. Have you tried to turn on your television without any HDMI or other peripherals connected to the television?
Also tried a hard reset sequence? I think some televisions have something where you hold down the power button on the TV itself for a pre-determined amount of time and it goes into some kind of reset mode.

Hello, MoonRabbit20.
Thank you for being a member of the Community Forums! I understand what it's like when your TV does not want to cooperate. I have experienced flashing lights on at least one of my Samsung TVs in the past. If I remember correctly, it was a result of my remote becoming unpaired.
Try removing the batteries from the remote and holding down the power button for eight seconds. If this doesn't work, you may want to contact (800) GEEK-SQUAD, which is (800) 433-5778. You may also try Samsung Support as well.
If you are still having difficulties, please let me know.

I regret to hear that this did not do the trick. I would certainly encourage taking advantage of the link I provided for assistance from Samsung. They should be able to help troubleshoot the issue.
