I have a Samsung 60" 4k uhd s series TV just hooked up brand new out of box. The picture seems to flutter. You mostly see it at the top and bottom or the screen or when there are words on the TV. I am using a 4k hdmi cable that best buy told me to get so what could be causing this issue?

That is discouraging to hear that the picture on your brand new TV seems to be fluttering! Can I ask what source you are playing when you experience this? Is it when you are watching movies, or maybe cable? Have you tried another HDMI port? 

While I am not entirely aware of this issue, I would also recommend speaking with our Geek Squad at 1-800-GEEK-SQUAD to see if they might have an idea of what is going on. Feel free to keep us updated!
