I bought this TV in 2016, so it's 3 years old.  I get vertical lines in it regardless of the input source, so I assume it's internal to the TV.  What can be the issue, and is this something that may still be covered by manufacturer's warrany?  It's an awfully expensive TV to only last 3 years.

What are the ways your getting input?

examples of what I am asking,

Direct from Roku or Chromecast?

Direct from Cable Box/Dish Receiver?

Everything input to to a receiver and one cable from the receiver to the TV
