As someone who loves to relax by watching TV and movies, I can imagine how disruptive it would be to have your TV flash different colors every time you turn it on. That doesn't sound ideal at all, so I'm happy you decided to reach out to us for support.

The model number is 40H3C1. Ive tried powering it on and off by the remote, powering off by unplugging it, holding menu and power, holding the power button on the tv, held the enter and power button and even tried going to the menu and nothings working. When I power on the tv it only flashes between colors. Red, blue, white, green and black are all that shows.

Thanks for providing me with those details! It appears that model of TV can have the image distorted if there is an electrical appliance nearby. If that's the case, please try moving the TV or appliance to be farther away from each other. Once there is some distance between them, the TV should be plugged into an outlet that is not being shared with the appliance.

 

If you're still running into your screen changing colors after that step, I recommend checking out our Home Theater and Troubleshooting Guide, as we've got lots of great steps to try! 

 

While I'm hoping that helps, as I know how difficult it can be to not have a TV working properly, I know sometimes it takes more than troubleshooting to correct the issue.
