I have the exact same BestBuy Toshiba fire tv I bought through Amazon. I also have Spectrum as my internet provider. I’m having the same problems & I already did all the above. I called spectrum again & they are not the problem. What I did is I connected a fire stick on HDMI 2 and it works fine. At least I can watch Prime Video & my other apps while I find out who to exchange or return this tv. Nice tv but it’s not working right.

I’m sorry hear that your this TV isn’t fitting your needs, and you’d like to return it at this time. I’d be happy to point you in the correct direction. If you’re within your Return Policy for Amazon you’re welcome return your model TV TF-50A810U19 directly at Best Buy. You’d need following the steps noted below:

 

Step 1: Go to amazon.com/help and complete the return prompts at the site.

 

Step 2: When asked 'How do you want to send it back?' select UPS dropoff (even if you are returning it to a local store). Be sure to print label and instructions.

 

Step 3: After you have completed the amazon online return process and selected UPS Dropoff you can return your purchase to a Best Buy store instead of a UPS location. Please make sure to bring your amazon return label when returning the TV at the local Best Buy store.
