Hi... I was just watching my Toshiba Fire TV and the screen went blank. The audio is working as I continued to hear the movie I was watching. I have turned off, plugged out and in and nothing. I bought this TV on Black Friday 2020 so it is now. What do I do?

Thanks for letting me know the steps you've already tried without success! It was smart for you to try unplugging the TV to see if it would do better once you plugged it back in. It seems like the issue might be that a connection came lose. Have you checked the cables to ensure they're secure?
