did you ever get a solution?  my toshiba just today started doing the same thing.  maybe it was a bad firmware update?  i don't know pretty upset though.

Has there been any resolve with this TV? (Toshiba 55" LED TV (#55L621U) Turns On & Back Off) I have been trying to find a solution. It is such a shame that this TV doesn't work.

We want your TV to be a source of joy, but I can understand how that wouldn't be the case if your TV isn't working as intended. That's a far cry from how we meant for things to be, but I'm glad you reached out to us for support!

 

Did you check out our Home Theater Troubleshooting Guide to see if that helped correct the issue? If those steps didn't help, can you provide me with more details on what's going on with your TV? Also, is your TV a Toshiba 55" LED TV as well or is it a different model?
