I have the 65” Sharp t.v. It won’t ever connect to any home WiFi. I can connect it to my hotspot but 90% of the time I have to turn the hot spot on and off of my phone multiple times before it connects.
Also it won’t let me use any of the apps, it says I don’t have a software update. It only lets me use Netflix. Do you have any ideas? I bought the tv off of Facebook from some random person. Not sure if there’s even a warranty.

Welcome to our Best Buy community forum! We know that your TV plays a big role in your everyday life, so I can understand why it would be frustrating to have your TV not connect to the internet.


Did your 65" Sharp TV use to connect to your internet and then stop one day, or has it always had trouble connecting? 


I'd be happy to take a deeper look at what could be the cause, but for me to do so, could you please provide me with what model of TV it is?
