As someone who likes to relax at the end of the day by curling up on the couch and putting on a good show, I know how stressful it can be when a TV and soundbar aren't working together as intended. That's not the experience we wanted for you, but I'm happy to see what we can do to try and turn things around!
Just to clarify, is your TV model Insignia, or from another manufacture? Also, can you please elaborate on what is going on with your TV and soundbar, so I can better assist?
