Noticing that your 32-inch TV just isn’t working, but it was earlier in the day can be frustrating. Thank you for reaching out to us for some advice. We’d be happy to see that you’re pointed in the correct direction on this matter.
Can you please share if you were able to do any kind of troubleshooting? We’d always recommend power cycling the TV, checking connections and then resetting the TV back to factory settings. You can review more about those steps here. If those steps do not resolve the issues present with your TV then you may need to look into their repairing the set or replacing it.
