I am having the same exact issue but with my cable box(Alticeone) and my 32" toshiba fire tv. It worked fine for a few days then since gas the distortion described above. Tried different HDMI ports and cables. Had cable exchange for a New Altice one box and finally exchanged tv for a new one. Same issues after 2 days! So frustrating, Any solutions or help much appreciated!

Getting a new TV should be an exciting time, so it hurts me to hear that you keep running into trouble when trying to connect this model to your cable box. I know how excited when one of my shows has a new episode, so I can understand how not being able to connect to your cable would be an inconvenience.
