My remote is an Insignia model NS-RC4NA
My TV is an Insignia model NS-L26Q-10A
My cable provider is Cablevision/Optimum
Before my old remote stopped working, I could use the volume, input and menu functions. Now I can only use these functions when the cable is disconnected. Nothing works with the cable connected.
Any help that you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

A couple tips that we would recommend to make sure your remote functions correctly is to make sure that there are no obstructions between the remote control and the remote control sensor on the front of the TV, as well as try replacing the batteries in the remote.
