I know that if my TV kept scrolling on its own, I'd be confused too, so I'm glad you decided to reach out for support! That was smart of you to try removing the batteries from the remote and cleaning it. However, I can understand how you'd be discouraged when that didn't do the trick. I'd be happy to look into this further to what troubleshooting steps we can try.
Before I do, I just need some additional info from you first! Could you please elaborate on the exact model of RCA Roku TV you have so I can better look into this?
