Price adjustment of $500 - Best Buy won’t refund my money

I bought a Samsung TV from Best Buy a few months ago for $3999. The price was reduced by $500 with 10 days of my purchase. I have called Best Buy and they keep saying we will hear from someone within 2-3 days since it is a different dept. Nobody calls me back and they are scammers. Don’t advertise this if you can’t refund peoples money. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again.
