Could you give me the model number of the TV and the brand of the remote you are attempting to use? I may be able to obtain the code for you to use to program the remote to your TV.

That has the manual for the TV. Your TV should have programmable remote codes too. Hopefully my post can help you program your TV in accordance with the directions set forth in your universal remote.

Thanks for reaching back out with that information. Oxumii remotes should not need any programming to work. I could not find a manufacturer's website or any pertinent information to see if the remote is programmable. I did reach out to them via Amazon to see if they would be able to assist with this one.

I have heard back from Oxumii and they recommended having you get in touch with their customer service on Amazon to talk about a replacement remote for you as it should work with that model TV.
