Insignia offers some affordable units, and is amazing for those smaller spaces. I'm sorry that your 32" TV/DVD combo is acting up.
Using your email you provided when registering with us, I was able to find the model number to take a further peek into this for you. Unfortunately, in the reviews and other hiccups that are known, I'm not one seeing this one mentioned.
Have you tried to reset it to manufacturer settings? I'd also recommend to contact Insignia directly to see if they have a firmware update they can send you to resolve the issue.
I wish I had more suggestions for you, but I hope that gets you pointed in the correct direction to get that adjust menu hiccup to stop occurring.
