No video/audio/remote

 I purchased the Toshiba 43" with built Chromecast- 4K ultra HD TV
The above television we purchased 1yr & 9mo now has no picture or sound.  My husband packed away the remote because the Uverse remote has been used.  I attempted to reboot/restart from the power button without success.  Please help!!!

Discovering your TV isn’t displaying a picture, or sound can certainly be an issue. Thank you for joining our community and posting to us. I’d be delighted to see what suggestions I can offer you for troubleshooting.


Can you please confirm the model number of your TV? Have you attempted to power cycle the TV? You can power cycle the TV by unplugging your TV from all its components and power then plugging everything back in. I look forward to your reply with your model number if the power cycling option doesn’t resolve the issues at hand.
