We have a Sony TV and soundbar. We get no audio at all, just picture for either NetFlix or Amazon. We've tried turning off the soundbar, tried different output sources and still no sound. Any ideas? Comcast is cable provider. Thanks!

Are you using HDMI Arc to the soundbar?

Welcome to our community. I love my soundbar and would be quite distraught if it stopped working all of a sudden. I'll be happy to dive into this with you.
Just to clarify, does the sound only cut out when using these two apps on your TV? Are the apps streaming from your Smart TV, or from a streaming stick like the Amazon Fire or Google Chromecast? Does the sound work when you unplug your soundbar and use the built-in speaker in your TV?

I am having the same issue. It's really a low pitch squeeking sound, like it's on fast foward. HOWEVER, when I use You-Tube, its works and sounds just fine. Any Ideas?
