Hey there, BryK,
Welcome to our Best Buy forum community and congratulations on your new TV! Getting a new TV should be an exciting time, but I can understand how instead it would be stressful if an error keeps randomly coming up, and you don't know why. That would concern me as well, so I'm glad you thought to reach out to us!
If you haven't already, I recommend checking out our Home Theater Troubleshooting Guide, and giving those steps a try to see if they help. However, if you are still running into this issue after trying those tips, I'd be happy to look into this further, but would need more info, such as the exact model of your TV.
Hope that helps!
Cheers,

Hello, BryK,
Thanks for getting back to me with more details. After looking into this further, it appears the error would have to do with your PC, not the TV you're connecting it to.
While I would love to help you get this corrected, I'm not sure what would be causing the error on your PC. However, if you call (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778, one of our Geek Squad Agents should be able to look into this further to help you out. Otherwise, you can also receive remote support from a Geek Squad Agent for this concern.
Best Wishes,
