NS-55DF710N insignia TV Quick flicker then black. Sound works

My insignia 55” TV NS-55DF710N has a quick flicker of color then goes black. I tried all the options, power off, unplug cables, hard reboot, etc and nothing.

I tried the light shining thing and I do see a faint picture behind the black. The sound works.

It is 3 years old. What is the next step?
