A few questions. When you say new box from Verizon are you referring to a cable box, a modem, or a router.
What isn't when you say its not seeing any networks are you referring to the TV or the box from Verizon?
Is the TV new to you? If not was it able to connect before you got the box from Verizon?
What brand and model is your TV
I just set up a new 4K TV a few weeks ago and for me it was a simple matter of going into the TV menu and finding the setting to turn on wi-fi reception for the TV
Is your TV close to the box? If so you would experience better performance by hard wiring the TV to the router

Hi there, CharlieFitz,
Thank you for connecting with us here on the forum. I've been in a similar predicament before where my TV just didn't want to connect to the internet, and it was quite frustrating trying to stream my favorite shows. I appreciate our friend @bobberuchi jumping in to ask some great questions before we had the chance to respond.
The model number you provided is one that should automatically pair with your wireless network upon first setting up the TV. If your wireless networks menu is empty, I'd suggest trying a factory reset. You can do this by pressing and holding the RESET button on the back of your TV for 15 seconds, then follow the on-screen instructions so set up your TV and wireless network.
If that doesn't do the trick, you may want to try one more factory reset and then unplugging your TV, let it stand for a few minutes, and then plugging it back in before attempting to set it up again. I hope this helps, but if you have any other questions, please let us know!
Thank for posting,
