LG - 65" Class - OLED - B7A Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR

My tv keeps cutting off every 15-20 minutes. We've checked the sleep timer and nothing is set on it.

Is it happening when using apps and or watching TV?

 

If it is happening with apps which apps

 

Do you have a NVIDIA Shield device hooked up?

 

Do you have it hooked to an external sound system?  Other components.

 

If you have it hooked to something external did you use the HDMI or HDMI Arc output?

Its happening when watching TV.  Our son hooked his Xbox up to it this weekend while we were out of town.  We have our Cable box and Bose sound bar hooked up.  We did have trouble getting sound back on but finally got that fixed.
