Insignia TV does everything but Stream

The pictures say it all.
Everything works until I choose a show.
Across all streaming services.
Then it doesn’t happen for a while.
Wi-Fi signal strength is full bars.
I have photos but do not know how to include them in this post.
The screen turns green and pixelated.
But you can hear everything perfectly.

put your cell phone on wi fi only and make sure your connected to the same connection as your TV

 

run a speed test.  What are the results
