I have a barely used seven month old television that has a problem after it has powered off for inactivity.
Whatever software setting indicates that the unit should power down - seems to have a bug - where the television will never fire back up again, regardless of what power button / combination of actions is used to try and get it to work. I'll see the power indicator light flash, and I can see the backlight kick over, and then it will shut down entirely and not do anything.
The only fix for this is to unplug the television each time, and after its completely disconnected, it will fire up and work.
The menu option, to enable Developer Options is missing from the menus - and as such, I'm unable to go in and manually override the hibernation settings.
There have been no software updates for months - so this isn't something that's likely to change soon.
Has anyone else experienced this behavior?
on the off chance that it does work - the OS is so slow and buggy that its unusable - so I'll end up having to unplug it and reset manually to fix that as well. This feels like its some sort of software issue that's bogging down the processor and unable to clear its own cache.

Thanks for coming to our Forums! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out about your Insignia TV not working after sleep. When I purchase a TV, I expect it to work great 7 months in, so I understand the frustration here. If you would like me to assist, kindly hit the Private Message button near my signature and provide your name, phone number, and email. That way I can locate the exact model number of the TV and see what options we may have.

Attempted to PM you.
The site says I have "reached the limit for private messages that I can send for now."
No clue how that happened, it errored out and said that I had included HTML that it removed, and to send it again - and when it did that, error message displays. The model number is NS-32DF310NA19.
