Hello,

I purchased this remote and for a couple months it would pull up Netflix, Hulu, etc on my smart TV when I clicked on MENU. Now when I click on MENU it takes me to the directv guide. The APPS button does not work. I cannot figure out how to get to Netflix.

Can anyone assist?

Welcome to our community! Not being able to use your remote as you had been would be frustrating. I’d be happy to see what insight I can shed on this for you.

Can you please share the model number of your TV? Also, are you using the remote that came with the TV or is the remote a universal one? I look forward your reply to see what advice I can shed on this for you.
