Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! We know that getting a new TV is a big deal, so we appreciate that you decided to make this purchase with us. However, I'm sad to learn that you're running into a concern with your new model. That's a far cry from the experience we wanted for you!
While I appreciate that you took the time to attach a photo, sadly we're not able to view photo attachments on our forum. I think I have an idea of what you're seeing, but would you mind describing it more to me so I have a better idea?
