Hulu not working on either of my TVs

I bought a new Insignia TV last Black Friday and a second on in July. Both of the TVs are having issues with Hulu not playing. You can get into the app, everything is fine, but once you press play it’s just a black screen. If you scroll like you’re fast forwarding it will show you previews of the show along the bar, but it’s still just a black screen. I’ve tried trouble shooting with Hulu and they’ve come to the conclusion this is an Insignia problem. Very strange that it’s only an issue in two Insignia TVs and they’re different versions. One is a 4K and other is just a regular one.

Thanks for joining us here on the community forums. I really enjoy my Hulu subscription, so I can understand being frustrated when it doesn't work. If you believe it is an issue with the tv, I suggest having it looked at by one of our Geek Squad agents.
