My original LG TV remote was damaged. Brought the Insignia 8-device universal remote Model: NS-RMT8D21 to replace.  I have programmed the remote so the TV funcationality works.  My issue is I can't figure out the button to push to get to the LG apps page to select Netflix, Hulu, etc. App page only shows when TV is turned on originally.  Thank you

Thank you so much for reaching out here on our community forum! Considering I have a universal remote, I can understand wanting all of your native functions to return. However, the LG app page is programmed in a certain way to have that appear at the bottom.

I recommend visiting the user manual for instructions on how to do this which is located here.
