We purchase a lot of products from Best Buy, and occasionally purchase the offered protection plans. Is there a place to go online to see what products we've purchase the protection plans for? Of particular interest is a Sony Receiver we purchased in January of 2015. while it is still under the manufacturer's warranty, it would certainly be easier to return it to our local Best Buy for repair/replacement.
Thanks in advance!

Your protection plans would be linked to your My Best Buy account.
To access that go to www.bestbuy.com and sign in or create a My Best Buy account using your account number from your card.
Once you have logged in hover your mouse over where it says Hi <your name>
A drop down menu should appear.
Click on Account Home
If you scroll down a little way on the left side it will show what you have covered. under the following heading.
And it may show pictures of your items. You can click on the picuturs to see your plan details.

You’re welcome to see if a Geek Squad Protection Plan is associated with your purchase using the way bobberuchi shared. If you’re still not seeing one, and you want to double check if you had purchased one you’re always welcome to send myself or any other –BBY agent a private message with alternative details to search with. A protection plan could’ve been associated with an out dated phone number, or email address if purchased at your local Best Buy.
